Who we are

Growthfield Ad Management ("we", "us", "our") is a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising agency that helps local service businesses run better ads. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and any advertising services you engage us for.

Services

We provide Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising management services for local service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement are set out in the plan or agreement you select with us.

Results and the 7-day sprint

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and budget. Except for the 7-day sprint refund below, we don’t guarantee specific results, booked jobs, or revenue.

The 7-day sprint

The $147 7-day sprint gets your ads built and running for 7 days from your own ad account. If the sprint brings in zero leads, the $147 is refunded. A lead is a real person who fills out your lead form or messages your business about your services. The sprint requires a minimum ad budget of $20 per day paid to Meta for the full 7 days, and the refund pauses on any day your ads are paused or your budget is below that minimum. You also need to give account access and approve ads within 2 business days when asked. The refund covers the $147 sprint fee only, never ad spend, and applies once per business.

Ad account ownership

You keep full ownership and control of your own Meta (Facebook) ad account and business assets. We operate within the access you grant us, and you may revoke that access at any time.

Payments

Fees for our services are due as agreed in your selected plan. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own ad account and is separate from our management fees.

Cancellation and refunds

All plans are month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by giving notice before your next billing date, and your management fee will not renew after that date.

Management fees that have already been paid are non-refundable, except as covered by the 7-day sprint.

Ad spend is paid directly to Meta by you from your own ad account and is never refundable by Growthfield.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from Growthfield Ad Management, you agree to receive SMS communications from us related to your inquiry, consultation scheduling, and our services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
